Childbirth Education

Classes are offered every other month on Tuesdays from 6-8 pm.  These are a series of 5 classes.  The next series starts January 3rd, 2023.

Topics covered include:

            Phases of labor

            Pain management

            Relaxation

            Breathing Techniques

            Cesarean Section   

            Early newborn and Postpartum Care

            Breastfeeding

 

Cost is FREE to any Coshocton County resident who is in their last 3 months of pregnancy (support person welcome and highly encouraged).   

Medicaid participants bring your card, those not on Medicaid, the fee is paid for you!

 Those who attend all 5 classes will get a FREE gift !
