Inspections of Mobile Home Parks take place throughout the year. Parks are licensed through the manufactured home commission.

Park Owners/Operators

  • You must renew your license to operate your community annually
  • License to operate are non-transferable
  • Once you purchase an already established community, you have 30 days to obtain a license to operate in order to be compliant with Chapter 4781 of the ORC
  • All rules pertaining to the operation of a community can be found in 4781-12 of the OAC
  • Be sure to follow up with the Commission within 30 days of receiving your annual park inspection
