Our office is located at 349 Main Street in Coshocton and open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.  During these hours we are available to accept and process deeds.  If the deed description is already approved and all documents, fees, and attachments are in order, the deed will be processed while you wait.  If the deed still needs to be reviewed by other offices, or if it is an unusually large or complicated description, it can be left with applicable fees and the offices involved will move it through the system and return it to you via mail.  Please bring all the necessary documents and Auditor’s fees found on the Deed page.  Also, please be sure to read and follow the Conveyance Standards to assure there are no issues with the documents.


By Mail
If you wish to file your deed by mail please visit Deeds for details on our requirements and fees as well as our Deed Routing Form.  Please be aware that this method may prolong the process as the documents may be rejected for items such as incorrect fees, missing or incorrect legal description, Map Dept. deed approval, missing Conveyance form, etc. and returned to you.  Please be sure to read and follow the Conveyance Standards  to assure there are no issues with the documents.  If you have any questions or need clarification you can contact our office.
