On the 1st of December, 2024 at approximately 3:50pm, the Coshocton County Sheriff’s Office received a report of an accident with injuries in the 42000 block of State Route 60 in Clark Township. Upon the arrival of Deputies, it was determined that an unknown male of unknown age and origin was traveling northbound in their vehicle on State Route 60 when the individual failed to negotiate a turn, exiting the roadway, and striking a structure as airbags deployed. This person was not present at the arrival of Deputies. This matter is under investigation by the Coshocton County Sheriff’s Office at this time.![]()

On the 29th of November, 2024 at approximately 8:28am, the Coshocton County Sheriff’s Office received a report of an accident with injuries in the 24000 block of State Route 79 in Jefferson Township. Upon the arrival of Deputies, it was determined that Kristena Calderhead (49 years of age) of Warsaw, Ohio, was traveling south in her vehicle on State Route 79 when she ran off the roadway, striking a ditch, and deploying the airbag. She was transported by CCEMS to Genesis of Zanesville for her injuries.![]()

On November 26th, 2024 at approximately 2:26 PM the Sheriff's Office received a call, in reference to an injury accident in the 26,000 block of County Road 24, in Bethlehem Township. ![]()

Upon arrival of emergency personnel, it was determined that a juvenile was traveling West- bound when he went left of center and struck a vehicle that was traveling East-bound. The struck vehicle was also being operated by a juvenile. ![]()

Inside the east-bound vehicle were two juvenile passengers. The passengers were treated and released on scene by Coshocton County EMS. The driver of the east-bound vehicle was transported to CRMC with non-life-threatening injuries. The driver of the west-bound vehicle was transported by Med-flight to OSU with unknown injuries. ![]()

On the 26th of November, 2024 at approximately 1:54pm, the Coshocton County Sheriff’s Office received a report of an accident with injuries in the 17000 block of State Route 16 in Franklin Township. Upon the arrival of deputies, it was determined that Faith Hagan (22 years of age) of Newcomerstown, Ohio, was in her vehicle with a juvenile. The two were traveling eastbound on State Route 16 before slowing to conduct a turn. Ms. Hagan’s vehicle was then rear-ended by Todd Lehigh (36 years old) of Uhrichsville, Ohio. Mr. Lehigh’s vehicle was then rear-ended by a vehicle driven by Osman Hirsi (38 years of age) of Columbus, Ohio.![]()
Ms. Hagan was transported to Genesis of Coshocton for complaint-type injuries. The juvenile, along with the other drivers, appeared uninjured. Assisting at the scene were Coshocton County EMS, Conesville Volunteer Fire Department, Prince’s Wrecker Service, and REACT.![]()

On the 21st of November, 2024 at approximately 1:38 pm, the Coshocton County Sheriff’s Office received a report of an accident with injuries in the 20000 block of Township Road 162 in Lafayette Township. Upon the arrival of Deputies, it was determined that Patricia Shepherd (43 years of age) of West Lafayette, Ohio was traveling South West on Township Road 162 when she went left of center, striking the vehicle of 39-year-old Nathan Larntz of Coshocton. Both parties were treated at the scene for complaint-type injuries.![]()
