On December 3, 2025, at 6:32 PM, the Sheriff's Office received a 911 call in reference to an injury-accident at the intersection of Main Street and 2nd Street in the City of Coshocton.
Upon arrival of Deputies, it was determined that Gianna Menapace (18), of West Lafayette, was making a left hand turn from Main Street onto S. 2nd Street. Noah Decker (30), of Coshocton, was traveling east on Main Street. Miss Menapace failed to yield the right of way to Mr. Decker. Miss Menapace's vehicle struck Mr. Decker's vehicle.
Miss Menapace was transported to Genesis of Coshocton with non-life-threatening injuries. Mr. Decker was checked and released on scene by Coshocton County EMS.
Assisting on scene was Coshocton City Fire Department, Coshocton County EMS and Prince's Wrecker.
