There will be NO PARKING on Main Street between 2nd St & 7th St during the hours of 4-9pm for the Miracle on Main Parade.
4th St. will be CLOSED between Chestnut St. and Main St. during the hours of 4 PM - 9 PM and “NO PARKING” will be in effect on this section, as well.
Vehicles not removed from these streets by 5pm WILL BE TOWED!
**The parade will begin at the Fairgrounds at 5:30 PM and proceed North on 7th Street then proceed West on Main Street .
After the parade, PLEASE AVOID 2nd street, if possible. The Coshocton Redskins are hosting a football game at Stewart Field & Traffic could get congested.
If you are in the parade, please proceed back to the fairgrounds or proceed to the gravel lot at the end of North 3rd St by the Justice Center.

PRESS RELEASE![]()
On 11/15/2025 at approximately 4:37 PM the Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call in reference to an injury accident in the 28,000 block of SR 83, in Keene Township.
Upon arrival of deputies it was determined that Rachel Sharp (45), of Rittman, Ohio, was traveling north bound when she failed to negotiate a curve and went off the left side of the road. After exiting the roadway Mrs. Sharp traveled across a driveway, struck a tree and was thrown from the motorcycle. The motorcycle continued straight for approximately 20 feet and came to rest against a set of trees.
Mrs. Sharp was transported to Med-Flight base and was then flown to Riverside Hospital for serious injuries. Her condition at the time of this release is unknown.
Assisting at the scene were Coshocton County EMS and Three Rivers Fire District.

ROAD CLOSURE![]()
Coshocton County Engineer’s Office announced today that County Road 6 in Jackson Township will be closed beginning, Monday, November 17th through Tuesday November 18th. County Road 6 will be closed between Township Road 282 and State Route 16, from 7:00 am until 4:00 pm for tree trimming.
The road will re-open to traffic each day at 4:00 pm. Weather Permitting.

PRESS RELEASE ![]()
On 11/13/2025 at approximately 7:39 PM the Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call in reference to an injury accident at the intersection of SR 16 and US 36 in Jackson Township.
Upon arrival of deputies, it was determined that Joshua Berlingeri (51), of Long Eddy, New York, was traveling east bound, approaching the light at the intersection. Lauralee Baird (45), of Newcomerstown, was stopped at the red light at the intersection. Mr. Berlingeri failed to stop behind Mrs. Baird and rear-ended her vehicle.
Mrs. Baird was traveling with Matt Baird (49) and a juvenile passenger. All three occupants were transported to Genesis of Coshocton with non-life-threatening injuries.
Mr. Berlingeri was not injured in the accident.
Assisting at the scene were Coshocton County EMS, Jackson Township Fire Department, Jim’s Towing, Prince’s Wrecker and REACT.
