EFFECTIVE 4/15/2020, the Ohio Supreme Court enacted a new DEPOSIT WAIVER FORM for civil litigants. This new for is required in place of the indigent forms currently included in these SEOLS packets for all indigent filing requests.
- When filing for Dissolution With Children, you will need to go into the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services Child Support Calculator to complete the worksheet. A printed copy must be included with your filing.
- You need to file an original and 2 copies of all paperwork when there are children in the family.
