- Understanding and Sealing Criminal Records This is a guide to understanding the process of sealing a criminal record. Click here to visit the Ohio Justice & Policy Center’s website.
- Combined Sealing Packet and Poverty Affidavit This packet has fill-in-the blank forms that you can use to ask a Court to seal a record.
- Application to Seal Record of Non-Conviction
There is a $50.00 filing fee to file the Sealing Packet unless accompanied by a completed and notarized Poverty Affidavit, subject to approval by the Court of Common Pleas.
