Divorce, Dissolution, and Post-Divorce/Dissolution Pleadings Supreme Court Forms packets acceptable for filing in Coshocton County Common Pleas Court may be found on Legal Aid of Southeast & Central Ohio website.
If you’re married and want Custody, but not a Divorce/Dissolution:
- Complaint for Allocation of Parental Rights & Responsibilities (Custody) and Parenting Time (Companionship & Visitation)
- There is a $200 Filing Fee- If unable to pay, included in the packet is a Financial Disclosure/Fee Waiver Affidavit.
A public terminal is available in the Clerk of Courts office to print form packets. A printing fee of $0.25 per page will be charged for all form packets.
IMPORTANT:
- When filing for Divorce/Dissolution With Children, you MUST complete the Child Support Application.
- You need to file an original and 2 copies of all paperwork when there are children in the family.
