Searching Records

Public records can be search online by using our online record search CountyFusion.  Recorded documents can be searched all the way back to 1970.  If the document was recorded prior to 1970 it will only be accessible by physically coming into the County Recorder’s Office.  However, the Deed, Lease, and Mortgage Indexes back to the 1800’s can also be searched on CountyFusion.

How to search our records:

1. Click on “CountyFusion“
2. Login as Guest or create an account(not necessary though)
3. Accept the Terms
4. Click on  “Search Public Records” at the top left corner
5. Search by Name, Instrument Number, or Volume/Page
