Is there an engineer's estimate? If so, how much is it? I did not find it in the bid packet.
The Coshocton County Engineer's Office does not release a detailed engineer's estimate in advance of the bid opening. The project total from the engineer's estimate will be announced at the bid opening, prior to the reading of bids.
