An employee who is injured and/or involved in an accident (regardless of how minor) arising out of and in the course of employment with Coshocton County must notify his/her supervisor immediately and must complete an accident report recording all pertinent and factual information about the accident. This report must be completed for each work-related accident or injury , whether or not the employee requires medical attention.
