New Year’s Day – First day of January <\/p>\n
Martin Luther King Jr. Day – Third Monday of January<\/p>\n
Presidents’ Day – Third Monday of February<\/p>\n
Memorial Day – Last Monday of May<\/p>\n
Juneteenth – Nineteenth day of June<\/p>\n
Independence Day – Fourth day of July<\/p>\n
Labor Day – First Monday of September<\/p>\n
Columbus Day – Second Monday of October<\/p>\n
Veterans’ Day – Eleventh day of November<\/p>\n
Thanksgiving Day – Fourth Thursday of November<\/p>\n
Christmas Day – Twenty-fifth day of December <\/p>\n

If a holiday falls on Sunday, CPT observes it on the following Monday. If a holiday falls on a Saturday, CPT observes it on the preceding Friday.<\/p>\n

CPT also closes The Day After Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve to give our employees extra time with their families. The agency will also be closed on May 22, 2026 and October 9, 2026 for Mandatory Staff Training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n
