This new law (ORC 317.114) creates standardization guidelines for documents that are recorded in this office.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Computer font size of at least 10 point<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Minimum paper size \u2013 8 1\/2 X 11, Maximum paper size \u2013 8 1\/2 x 14<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Black or Blue ink ONLY<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">No use of highlighting<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">3 inch margin on the top of the first page, reserved for Recorder, Auditor &amp;
