House Bill 49, the Ohio <\/strong><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Operating Budget, included a<\/strong><strong>provision to move the duties of the<\/strong><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong> Manufactured Homes Commission to the Department of<\/strong><strong>Commerce. <\/strong><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>The Department assumed these responsibilities on Jan. 21, 2018.
