Classes are offered every other month on Tuesdays from 6-8 pm.  These are a series of 5 classes.  The next series starts January 3rd, 2023.<\/p>\n

Topics covered include:<\/p>\n

            Phases of labor<\/p>\n

            Pain management<\/p>\n

            Relaxation<\/p>\n

            Breathing Techniques<\/p>\n

            Cesarean Section   <\/p>\n

            Early newborn and Postpartum Care<\/p>\n

            Breastfeeding<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Cost is FREE <\/strong><\/em><\/span>to any Coshocton County resident who is in their last 3 months of pregnancy (support person welcome and highly encouraged).   <\/p>\n

Medicaid participants bring your card, those not on Medicaid, the fee is paid for you!<\/p>\n

 Those who attend all 5 classes will get a FREE <\/em><\/strong>gift<\/strong><\/em><\/span> !<\/em><\/p>\n
