The Coshocton County WIC program is an all walk-in clinic.  No appointment necessary!  First come, first served. 

Walk-in Hours Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 3:00pm

Participants or first time applicants MUST bring the following to be seen (as applicable):

• Photo ID
• Medicaid card OR proof currently receives Food Assistance/OWF OR proof of income
• Proof of current address
• Child(ren)
•  WIC Nutrition Card (if already enrolled)

First time applicants should allow at least an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes for their first visit (plus an additional 15 minutes for each additional child if signing up more than one participant). To save time, initial paperwork can be picked up at our office ahead of time or the initial paperwork can be mailed to you.  Just call 740-622-2929 and our staff will be happy to assist you!
