The Clerk of Courts is responsible for issuing and maintaining the records of the Common Pleas Court, Title Office, and the Ohio Supreme Court’s Fifth District Court of Appeals.<\/p>\n

ALL  appealed court cases from Municipal, Probate\/Juvenile, and Common Pleas courts must be initially filed with the Clerk of Courts Office, who immediately files with the Appellate Court.   The following links are provided for more information on Ohio Court of Appeals – Supreme Court of Ohio:<\/p>\n
