We are pleased to introduce the updated and improved version of our online docket!   <\/span><\/p>\n

The Court commenced imaging documents on 11\/1\/2019.<\/span><\/p>\n

Images not prohibited by Ohio law are available online for documents filed on or after this date.<\/span><\/p>\n

Click the link below to access our Online Records System for Criminal, Civil and Domestic Relations cases.  Domestic Violence cases are excluded as they are not public record.   <\/p>\n

Our records begin January 1, 1999 unless the case has been reopened since that date.<\/p>\n

Note:  You may need to refresh your internet browser to access the new version of eServices.<\/p>\n

Historic Records Indexes<\/h4>\n

The Clerk of Courts is working to provide easier access to Court records by imaging historic case indexes.  The following are currently available for public inspection online:<\/p>\n

Civil Records Index No 2 (1811 \u2013 1968)<\/a><\/p>\n

Civil Records Index No 2 (1958 – 1992)<\/a><\/p>\n

Civil Records Index No 3 (1993 – 1999)<\/a><\/p>\n

Please understand that case images are not available at this time for these old records and  Clerk of Courts staff is unable to provide them for genealogy research.<\/strong>  Our records are open for public inspection; you, or a paid genealogy researcher may visit our office in person to obtain copies of historic records. <\/span><\/p>\n

Alternatively, <\/span>Family Search<\/a> has imaged our historic documents which will be found on their <\/span>website<\/a> once they are made available.  We very much appreciate Family Search<\/a> for imaging our historic records.<\/span><\/p>\n
