Section\n5723 <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Christine Sycks, Coshocton\nCounty Auditor, has scheduled her Auditor\u2019s Sale to be held at the Courthouse\non Friday, May 10<sup>th<\/sup> at 10:30 a.m. immediately following the\nSheriff\u2019s Sale.&nbsp; At the time of this news\nrelease, four real estate parcels and fourteen manufactured homes have been\nfully processed and ready for sale.&nbsp;\nThese are all listed below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Bids can start as low as $1 (Yes,\nOne Dollar).&nbsp; Due at the sale is a\nnon-refundable down payment of 10% of total due or $50, whichever is\ngreater.&nbsp; In addition to the bid, the\nbuyers of real estate parcels are responsible for $82.50 in deed, transfer, and\nrecording fees.&nbsp; If a manufactured home\nis purchased, the buyer will be responsible for $25.50 in title, relocation,\nand transfer fees in addition to the bid.&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; No person delinquent on real\nproperty taxes in the State of Ohio may purchase a property at an Auditor\u2019s\nSale.&nbsp; In addition, the owner of record\nor a member of his or her immediate family prior to the judgment of foreclosure\nor forfeiture may not purchase the property for less than the total amount of\ntaxes, assessments, penalties, interest and costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Any taxes, charges or costs not\ncovered by the sale will be remitted, and all liens are eliminated except for\nthe real estate taxes paid by the bid amount.&nbsp;\nIf there is a Federal lien, the Federal Government has \u201cRight of\nRedemption\u201d and may re-take the property for one year after the original\nforeclosure was filed.
