Please see the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.coshoctoncounty.net\/recorder\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Recorder&#8217;s page<\/span><\/a> for information on electronically filed documents.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>In Person<\/strong><\/span><br>Our office is located at 349 Main Street in Coshocton and open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. &nbsp;During these hours we are available to accept deeds for processing. Deeds are processed in the order in which they are received; we do not process documents on demand. If the deed still needs to be reviewed by the Map Dept., this will delay processing. If you would like us to deliver it for recording, it can be left with applicable recording fees and a self-addressed stamped envelope, if returning by mail. Please bring all the necessary documents and Auditor\u2019s fees found on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coshoctoncounty.net\/auditor\/deeds\/\">Deeds<\/a>&nbsp;page, including a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coshoctoncounty.net\/auditor\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2022\/07\/Routing-Sheet-7-13-22.pdf\">Routing Sheet<\/a>.&nbsp; Also, please be sure to read and follow the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.coshoctoncounty.net\/taxmap\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2016\/06\/20130301-Conveyance-Standards.pdf\">Conveyance Standards<\/a>&nbsp;to assure there are no issues with the documents.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>By Mail<\/strong><\/span><br>If you wish to file your deed by mail, please visit our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coshoctoncounty.net\/auditor\/deeds\/\">Deeds<\/a> page for details on our requirements and fees as well as our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coshoctoncounty.net\/auditor\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2022\/07\/Routing-Sheet-7-13-22.pdf\">Routing Sheet<\/a>. &nbsp;Deeds are processed in the order in which they are received.
