The County Recorder keeps and maintains accurate land records that are current, legible and easily accessible. Without the work of the County Recorder in recording, safekeeping and organizing all documents it would be nearly impossible to purchase land and be assured of a clear title. These invaluable records are utilized by the general public, attorneys, genealogists and title examiners.
For more useful information on the types of documents that are filed or recorded and the fees for recording please go to www.ohiorecorders.com
