The Coshocton County Probate Court maintains a number of records as required by law. A list of the primary records is as follows:

• Birth & Death Records 1867 – 1908
• Marriages 1811 – Present ( Please be aware that Marriage records before 1900 will not include names of parents.)
• Estates 1811 - Present

Many of the records are available in either "original" form or micro-film or microfiche. While most of the records are public, adoptions and civil commitments generally are not and require specific court approval for access.
