County Road 16 Road Work

(Coshocton) - Coshocton County Engineer Frederick Wachtel announced that in an effort to prepare County Road 16 for a significant resurfacing project in the coming weeks, County forces will be trimming trees.  

County Road 16 will be closed starting Monday, August 31, between Morgan Run Road and Township Road 162.   The work will continue through Friday, September 4, during the hours of 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.   The road is closed to through traffic, and only residents on County Road 16 will be allowed access.   Residents are to expect significant delays throughout the area and motorists are advised to use the alternate route of US 36.

County Road 7 Resurfacing Announced

 (Coshocton) - Coshocton County Engineer Frederick Wachtel announced today County Road 7 will be closed for paving operations Monday, August 31 through Wednesday, Sept. 2, weather permitting.

The work will force the closure of County Road 7 from Township Road 142 to Hook Road.

This project is part of the annual resurfacing program conducted by the County Engineer and funded by license and motor vehicle fuel taxes. Anyone with questions may contact the Coshocton County Engineer’s Office at 740.622.2135.


 

 

County Road 273 Road Construction

(Coshocton) - Coshocton County Engineer Frederick Wachtel announced today Ohio Central Railroad crews will be replacing track grade crossings on County Road 273 in Conesville.  

The work will force the closure of County Road 273 (Marquand Avenue) beginning September 1st and reopen by the end of the day September 2nd.
