County Road 402 Road Closure Announced

(Coshocton) - Coshocton County Engineer Frederick Wachtel announced today construction crews will be replacing a bridge on County Road 402 in Perry Township. The closure will last for approximately sixty (60) days and then re-open to traffic, weather permitting.

The work will force the closure of County Road 402, approximately 1.0 mile west of State Route 79. The suggested detour route would include State Route 79 to State Route 541 north to County Road 402.

This project is funded in part by the Ohio Public Works Commission and is part of the annual replacement and maintenance program conducted by the County Engineer. Coshocton County maintains 286 bridges on county and township roadways. Anyone with questions may contact the Coshocton County Engineer’s Office at 740.622.2135
