Jones Metal Industrial Warehouse
Located in the village of West Lafayette, on the grounds of the Jones Metal Company, the warehouse is conveniently less than two miles from the intersection of Ohio 93 and U.S. 36 and only minutes from I-77. This one-story building, completed in 1961 and intended for single tenant occupancy, measures at 15,000 square feet-with 480 allotted for office space-and includes eight loading docks in the facility. Dimensions are 150 feet by 90 feet, plus offices measuring 22 by 22 feet located adjacent to the loading docks. The walls are constructed of concrete block and insulated metal paneling, with a floor of 5 inch concrete.
