U.S. Passport Application
The Coshocton County Clerk of Courts Legal Department has available applications for U.S. Passports. There is also a link to the U.S. Department of State where forms can be downloaded for your convenience.
Once you have completed your application form and have necessary documentation (photos, ID, and
Certified birth certificate) you may bring your application to our office located in the Coshocton County Courthouse for processing. Please refer to the U.S. Passport link for complete and current information regarding fees and accurate completion of forms. Please do not sign your application until your signature is witnessed at the Clerk of Courts office. Office hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. The Clerk of Courts Title Department also accepts passport applications. The title office, located at 706 South 7th Street Coshocton Oh, has hours of operation Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
