| Adopting a Friend |
The cost for adopting a puppy or dog is $40.00 which includes vaccinations and tags. Prices on animals may be higher if vetting is needed while in the shelter's care.
*All animals must be spayed or neutered*
If you are a resident in Coshocton County then you will have to sign a contract agreeing to get the dog altered within 60 days of adoption unless otherwise told by the shelter.
The Humane Society of Coshocton County has cats and kittens for adoption, and the fee is $25.00. If you are unable to adopt a pet please consider sponsoring a shelter dog or cat. For more information you can call the shelter (740) 622-9741 Ask for Tammie or Chris.
